Watercrest Senior Living Group has begun welcoming residents at the 98-unit Watercrest Macon Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Macon, Ga. The community comprises 76 assisted living units and 22 memory care units, and was developed in partnership with Corecam Capital Partners and Peninsula Alternative Real Estate.

The community, which broke ground in May of 2020, features a promenade, a fireplace, multiple dining venues and outdoor living spaces, as well as an art studio and gallery. Residents also have access to a spa, pool and fitness and physical therapy center.

Located at 111 Providence Blvd., the property is half a mile west of Publix Super Market at Bass Plantation. Several other dining, retail and entertainment options are available within 1-mile east of the community. The Shoppes at River Crossing mall is also some 2 miles east, while downtown Macon is some 10 miles southeast via Interstate 75.

Watercrest Myrtle Beach Assisted Living and Memory Care—another project that Watercrest Senior Living Group developed together with equity partners Corecam Capital Partners and Peninsula Alternative Real Estate—will also open this year. The Myrtle Beach, S.C., project broke ground in the summer of 2020.
