Real estate company GID has acquired a pair of apartment communities in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The properties are the 309-unit mid-rise Stadium Walk in Cumberland and the 299-unit garden-style Overlook at Huntcrest in Suwanee.

The former, rebranded as Stadium Walk by Windsor, offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that feature designer lighting, kitchen islands, hardwood-style flooring, in-home washer-dryers and private patios or balconies. Built in 2018, the community offers an amenity package that includes electric car charging stations. According to Yardi Matrix data, the property was purchased from Blaze Partners for $116.5 million.

Stadium Walk by Windsor is near Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, a short drive from Kennesaw Mountain and offers convenient access to both I-275 and I-285.
